- Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, once you submit your shipping address we cannot make any changes. A shipping label is created with the address YOU have provided to us. After ordering you will receive a tracking number 

- If your package gets lost after it was delivered to the USPS by us, it is beyond our power. You will have to contact the USPS and file a claim, it is important to begin your claim as soon as your package is not in your mailbox/front porch by the day it says it's supposed to be there. 

- Because our products are handmade and due to Covid-19 restrictions, please take note that it takes up to 2 days for us to process your orders and 5 -10 business days for the USPS to deliver your orders
